2025 Spring Wolves Tackle Football

Wolves Football Program Description - Your athlete's age on July 31st is his/her age for the season.

Overview

Wolves Football is a premier youth football program. Our mission is to inspire young athletes to practice discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a safe and fun environment. The program is tailored to introduce the fundamentals of football, emphasizing skill development, understanding of the game, and the importance of physical activity.

Program Features

- Age-Appropriate Instruction: Tailored coaching methods to meet the developmental needs of children, ensuring a positive and encouraging learning environment.

- Safety First: Adherence to strict safety protocols, including proper equipment, certified coaching staff, and a focus on teaching safe playing techniques.

- Teamwork and Discipline: Through structured practices and games, participants learn the value of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, which are essential skills both on and off the field.

- Community and Family Involvement: Encouraging family participation and building community among players, coaches, and parents through team events and volunteer opportunities.

Program Structure

- Season Duration: The season runs from January to May. OTAs will begin in December, with official practices starting the first week of January.

- Practice Schedule: Practices are held at Foothills Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to 8pm, with games typically on Saturdays.

- Competitive Play: While focused on learning and fun, participants can engage in light competitive play against teams in the same age division, fostering a healthy competitive spirit.

- End-of-Season Celebration: The season concludes with a celebration for all participants, recognizing their hard work, improvement, and sportsmanship throughout the season.

Arizona Youth Football League (AYFL) is the league the Wolves are partnering with for our tackle league.

Spring Tackle Season!

This Spring, we will have 4 Wolves teams. Please see below:

White Team (8U)

Silver Team (11U)

Blue Team (12U)

Black Team (13U)

Please remember the age your player was at on 7/31/2024 will be one of the determining factors to which team he will play on. A player may have the opportunity to play “Up,” but will never be allowed to play “Down”.

Registration and Fees

- Eligibility: Open to all athletes from 8 years old to 13 years old. Your athlete’s age on July 31st is their age for the season.

- Registration: Opens in November and closes in February. Early registration is encouraged as spots are limited.

- Fees:

Club Fees - $150 – Covers field rentals, club equipment, referee fees, etc.

Uniform Fee - $200

Includes the following:

Home and Away Jerseys

Integrated game pants

Helmet Logo and decals.

Custom game bag with name and player number.

AYFL Fees – $159 per player
